Training Services

If you live in the Los Angeles area, or plan to be visiting the area for a prolonged amount of time, purchase one of my in person training packages listed below! I currently train clients at Gold’s Gym in Hollywood on Cole Avenue. For those clients who belong to a private gym that allows outside trainers or you have a home gym, I offer the below services to accommodate those needs. For private sessions at either a gym or home, the location must not be more than 18 miles from the Central Hollywood area.
